With monthly ongoing coaching, I will be there to help you overcome roadblocks, work through frustrations and celebrate the small–and not so small–wins along the way.
This coaching package includes:
Detailed inline feedback on up to 40 pages per month, so you’ll have a clear idea about what’s working–and what needs more work.
A 45-minute coaching call via Zoom, which can be recorded if you choose.
Email support throughout the month to make sure you stay on track.
Resources that address your specific needs.
An ambitious, yet realistic action plan to help you achieve your ultimate goal of completing or revising your memoir.
Note: this package does not include a manuscript evaluation letter.

(per month, with a minimum three-month commitment)
manuscript diagnostic
The manuscript diagnostic focuses on the structure, momentum, clarity, and stakes of your memoir.
The goal is to help you move forward with confidence whether you are mid-draft or stuck in revision mode.
This service begins with you filling out Author Accelerator’s mini-bluprint tool, which gives me a quick snapshot of your story, ideal audience, and goals.
Then I’ll review the section of your memoir you’ve chosen to submit and write a 2-3 page evaluation letter.
This package also includes a 45-minute Zoom call to go over the evaluation and discuss your best next steps.
Line edits are not included in the diagnostic.
Cost: $300 (15,000 word maximum)
Full Manuscript Evaluation
A manuscript evaluation is laser-focused on the fundamentals of a successful memoir. When analyzing your work, I’ll be asking questions like:
Is the central question or argument of your memoir clear?
Does the framework of your memoir fit the story you are telling?
Does the timeline make sense?
Is there enough at stake to keep the reader invested in your memoir?
Is there a good balance between action and reflection?
Are you vulnerable on the page? Willing to look at your faults as well as those of others?
Can the reader follow your arc of change as the memoir progresses?
Does your memoir touch on something universal that will resonate with your readers?
What about your memoir will make the reader want to share your book with the people in their life?
What’s included:
-A 4-6 page editorial letter that hones in on the overarching issues that need to be
addressed as well as everything that’s working in the manuscript.
–Detailed line edits
–Clear, actionable next steps to move your manuscript farther down the path toward
publication.
–A one-hour Zoom to discuss all of the above.
