Need accountability, feedback, and support throughout the process of writing your novel or memoir?
With monthly ongoing coaching, I will be there to help you overcome roadblocks, work through frustrations and celebrate the small–and not so small–wins along the way.
This coaching package includes:
Detailed inline feedback on up to 40 pages per month, so you’ll have a clear idea about what’s working–and what needs more work.
A 45-minute coaching call via Zoom, which can be recorded if you choose.
Email support throughout the month to make sure you stay on track.
Resources that address your specific needs.
An ambitious, yet realistic action plan to help you achieve your ultimate goal of completing or revising your novel or memoir.
Note: this package does not include a manuscript evaluation letter.

manuscript diagnostic
The manuscript diagnostic focuses on the structure, momentum, clarity, and stakes of your memoir or novel. The goal is to help you move forward with confidence whether you are mid-draft or stuck in revision mode.
The diagnostic includes a 2–3-page report and a 60-minute Zoom call to go over the evaluation and discuss next steps.
Line edits are not included.
The diagnostic focuses on the section you’re struggling with, wherever it sits in the manuscript. I do ask for a short summary for context.
Cost: $250 (15,000 word maximum)
Full Manuscript Evaluation
A manuscript evaluation is laser-focused on the fundamentals of a successful novel or memoir. When analyzing your work, I’ll be asking questions like:
Does the protagonist–that’s you in a memoir–have a clear goal and something or someone standing in their way?
Is there enough at stake to keep the reader invested in the novel or memoir?
Is there narrative drive with each scene moving the story forward?
Is there internal as well as external conflict?
Are there subplots or secondary characters that add nothing to the story?
Is there an emotional payoff at the end; a resolution that will satisfy the reader?
What’s included:
-A 4-6 page editorial letter that hones in on the structural issues that need to be
addressed as well as everything that’s working in the manuscript.
–Detailed line edits
–Clear, actionable next steps to move your manuscript farther down the path toward
publication.
–A one-hour Zoom to discuss all of the above.
